Here are some of my favourite crystals for supporting calm, resilience, and strength in turbulent times:
Rose Quartz – Gentle love and compassion. If pink isn’t your colour, go for Green Aventurine as an alternative.
Hematite – Strong grounding and balance during stressful moments.
Garnet – Encourages courage, passion, and energy when you’re feeling drained.
Rhodonite – Helps with forgiveness and emotional healing, especially in relationships.
Amethyst – Brings peace of mind, reduces stress, and encourages restful sleep.
Black Tourmaline – Protective and grounding, great for keeping away heavy or anxious energy.
Satin Spar (Selenite) – A soft, calming stone that clears negative energy.
Red Jasper – Builds strength, stamina, and stability.
Agate – A gentle crystal for balance, grounding, and soothing emotions.
How to Use These Crystals
You don’t need every single one—just choose the ones you feel drawn to. In fact, you might already have some of these crystals at home. And don’t forget, there are many other crystals that can help too—go with what feels right.
Here are some simple ways to use them:
Keep them on your desk, bedside table, or in your pocket for daily support.
Use them during meditation or mindfulness practice to help centre your thoughts.
Hold one while journaling to encourage honest reflection and emotional release.
Create a small crystal grid for balance and harmony in your space.
