Sodalite is a striking blue mineral known for its rich colour and unique properties. Scientifically, it is a member of the feldspathoid group, primarily composed of sodium and aluminum, with a chemical formula of Na8(AlSiO4)6Cl2. Metaphysically, sodalite is believed to promote mental clarity and emotional balance. It is said to have a calming energy, reduce anxiety, and foster deeper self-expression. Sodalite has also been associated with enhancing logic, intuition, and communication.
