Apophyllite is a silicate mineral, typically found in volcanic rocks, and is part of the phyllosilicate family. Its chemical composition is most often potassium calcium fluorosilicate hydroxide (KCa₄Si₈O₂₀(F,OH)·8H₂O), and it commonly forms in transparent to translucent pyramidal or tabular crystals, often with a high luster and natural facets. It has a relatively low hardness of around 4.5 to 5 on the Mohs scale and is prized for its ability to form large, well-structured crystals, frequently in association with zeolites. Metaphysically, Apophyllite is known as a stone of spiritual connection and insight. It is believed to carry a high vibration that supports clarity, truth, and inner vision, making it a favorite for meditation and energy healing.
