Kyanite is an aluminium silicate mineral that typically forms under high-pressure metamorphic conditions and is well known for its distinctive blade-like crystal formations. Blue Kyanite ranges from pale to vibrant blue, while Black Kyanite typically forms in dark charcoal-to-black radiating or fan-like blades.
