Andean Opal is a beautiful natural variety of Opal found in the Andes Mountains of South America, particularly Peru. Known for its soft pastel colours, including pink, blue and green, Andean Opal is generally a Common Opal, meaning it does not display the rainbow-like play-of-colour associated with Precious Opal.
